How we work
The engineer who scopes the work is the engineer who builds it. No consulting pyramid, and no handoff between the people who investigate a problem and the people who fix it.
Engagements cover observability, SRE, platform engineering, incident response and FinOps: design and hands-on delivery, across cloud estates at enterprise scale.
We also deliver production engineering engagements using the open work developed at Prime Vector, which stewards the Response Engineering category and the Open Agent specification.
